Raj Shah Bio

Raj Shah is the co-founder of Property Tax America, LLC. He is a seasoned tax expert and a successful entrepreneur who has formed several global companies over the past three decades, many of which have been acquired, merged with larger entities or are still in existence today. For Property Tax America, Raj utilizes his expertise in international tax law to ensure his clients' property tax appeals are addressed accurately and that their tax bills are lowered rapidly, in accordance to the respective tax laws and procedures.

Raj was trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and he is the founding member of the International VAT (value added tax) Association based in the UK. For his other companies, his success had led to his representing the international tax reclaim concerns of many of the world's leading brands including BMW, JCPenney, Rockwell Collins, Nordstrom and Proctor & Gamble. Raj's expertise working on behalf of the international business concerns of global entities has produced his keen sense for detail, which plays a critical part in the continued success of Property Tax America.

Niranjan Sampat Bio

Niranjan "Andy" Sampat is the co-founder of Property Tax America, LLC. Niranjan also has close to 40 years of experience working for some of the world's most influential commercial and retail banks as well as Fortune 500 entities, in their credit risk management department. For Property Tax America, Niranjan leverages his unique skills in the financial services sector and his understanding of local and national tax laws and procedures to make certain that the property tax appeals for clients are maximized, and that their tax payments are minimized and not above than what they should be.

Niranjan was trained in the state of Georgia's education systems and earned an MBA in Finance and Management. He is also a licensed CPA who is recognized for his rare financial talents and this is demonstrated by the longstanding roster of satisfied clients he maintains. His business experiences in auditing and fraud detection has developed his unique ability to quickly recognize discrepancies and inconsistencies concerning financial matters.
